Launched in 2021, SathiKart is a B2B trade platform, designed specifically for small and medium businesses in India.
PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PLATFORM Sathi Kart.
Thank you for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by DSIPL (“Sathi kart”), located at New Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi, India. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the sathikart.com website and the mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Sathikart (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
PLEASE ENSURE THAT OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE UPDATED ON YOUR WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPS
For any of our products or services if there are additional terms and conditions, the same shall be published along with the relevant product or service. The same shall be deemed as part of the overall contract that you sign by taking the service or product.
Terminology
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer notice, and any or all Agreements:
“Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us” refer to our Company.
“Party”, “Parties” or “Us” refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether through formal meetings of a fixed duration, or by any other means, with the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in terms of providing the Company’s declared services / products, in accordance with and subject to applicable INDIAN laws.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capital letters and/or plural, and/or these terms, is considered interchangeable and therefore a reference to them.
Using our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant.
Using our Services
You do not have the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. DSIPL’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Sathikart can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

Only authorized employees within the company who, in the course of their duties, can access and use information collected from individual customers. We are constantly reviewing our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Government authorities have created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate such actions with a view to bringing legal action and/or civil action for damages against those responsible.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your [SPECIFY].
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring [SPECIFY].
Software in our Services
When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some Services may let you adjust your automatic update settings.
Sathikart gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Sathikart as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Sathi kart, in the manner permitted by these terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Disclaimer Exclusions and Limitations
The information contained on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this company:
Excludes all representations and warranties with respect to this website and its content or that are or may be provided by affiliates or any other third party, including with respect to any inaccuracy or omission in this website and/or the Company’s documentation.
Excludes any liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.
Liability for our Services
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of DSIPL, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services. In all cases, Sathi Kart, and its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
However, this company does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. We recognize that in some countries, you might have legal rights as a consumer. None of your legal rights as a consumer are affected waived by contract.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify SATHI KART and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Such notice may be given, in person, by email, mobile phone, text message and/or fax, or by any other means, and will be accepted subject to written confirmation. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of [SPECIFY] to cover any administrative costs.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. The Customer and SATHI KART have the right to terminate any Service Agreement for any reason whatsoever, including the termination of services already in progress. SATHI KART may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
Refunds Policy
No refund will be offered when a service is deemed to have commenced and is, for all intents and purposes, in progress. Any amount paid to us that constitutes payment for the provision of unused Services, will be refunded.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL.
This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
BUYER TERMS
The provisions of this section II shall be applicable only to Buyer(s). These Buyer Terms shall be read in conjunction with the General Terms and in the event of any conflict between the General Terms and Buyer Terms, the provisions of Buyer Terms shall supersede and prevail.
For the purposes of this Section, the following capitalized terms shall have the following meaning:
DEFINITIONS
“Buyer” shall have the meaning as ascribed under the General Terms. For the ease of reference, the terms ‘you’, ‘your’ under this section have also been used to refer to the Buyer.
“Consignee” shall mean the Buyer or any person named in the Delivery Note or any of his/her representatives that takes the delivery of Shipment being transported.
“Dangerous Goods” includes products that are or may become of a dangerous, hazardous, inflammable, radioactive, or damaging nature, products liable to taint or affect other products and products likely to harbor or encourage vermin or other pests.
“Delivery Note” shall mean the waybill containing the essential information (as determined by us on our sole discretion) required for the performance of the logistics services, including name, delivery address and contact number (if applicable) of the Buyer or the designated recipient of the Shipment, description of the contents of the Shipment (if applicable) and COD details (if applicable).
“Logistics Services” means the shipping, delivery, including cash on delivery (“COD”) and other allied services provided by us to you pursuant to these Buyer Terms.
“Order(s)” shall mean order placed by Buyer for purchasing Products from the Seller on the Platform.
“Order Detail(s)” shall mean the details relating to the Order, including without limitation, the description of Products, details of the Seller and the Buyer, date of order placement, total amount payable by the Buyer, delivery date, mode of payment, unique order number (AWB number) etc.
“Product(s)” shall mean goods of any categories (other than Dangerous Goods).
“Shipment(s) / Consignment(s)” means all Products (excluding documents) that travel under one Delivery Note and which may be carried by any means we choose in our discretion, including air, road or any other carrier.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You represent, warrant and agree that:
You are a lawfully incorporated business entity and are fully able and competent to understand and agree to the Terms.
You have full power and authority to accept the Terms, to grant the license and authorization (if applicable) and to perform the obligations hereunder.
You will use the Platform and Services for business purposes only.
You will not use or access the Platform for your personal purposes and any Products that you purchase shall be for commercial purposes and not for personal consumption.
The address you provide when registering your account on the Platform is the Buyer place of business of your business entity.
Your business is validly existing and incorporated / established as per the provisions of applicable laws.
You shall comply with all applicable laws while using and accessing the Platform.
You and Products or services provided by you on the Platform (if any) comply with applicable laws.
You shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary third party licenses and permissions (if any required) regarding any User Content that you submit, post or display.
Any User Content that Buyer submits, posts or displays does not infringe or violate any of the copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, trade secrets or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party.
LOGISTICS SERVICES
We reserve the right to engage the services of third-party service providers to provide the Logistics Services to you.
Upon receipt of order for Logistics Services from you, we shall pick up the Shipment from the location as communicated to us by the Seller and deliver the same to the location as designated by you. You agree that the title and risk in the Shipment shall pass onto you at the time the Shipment is picked up by us.
Upon receipt of Shipment from the Seller, we will use our best endeavours to deliver the Shipment(s) to the Consignee to the delivery address and designated recipient in the Delivery Note. For the avoidance of doubt, the designated recipient may not be the Buyer. We will not verify the identification of the person receiving the Shipment at the designated delivery address, however, we will obtain the signature of recipient of the Shipment on the Delivery Note.
The Buyer hereby authorises us to contact the Buyer, at any given point of time, by way of calls or SMS or any other method of messaging (Example: WhatsApp) for transactional purposes including but not limited to order confirmations and/or delivering the Order(s).
At the time of placing the Order, if the Buyer chooses the option, pay ‘cash on delivery’, we will collect the amount pertaining to the Order at the time of delivery of the Products to the Consignee. The cash collected against the Order at the time of delivery of the Shipment where cash on delivery option is chosen by the Buyer or where the amount against the Order is pre-paid by the Buyer shall be settled and remitted to the Seller in accordance with the settlement process as set out in the Seller Terms.
Shipment
Shipments which contain Dangerous Goods or such goods that are expressly prohibited by the railway/airport authority or any other transport agency or government authority or any other law or regulation that may be applicable, shall not be accepted by us for delivery. Shipments addressed to a post box number or with incomplete address will not be delivered by us and the same will be rejected by us.
We reserve our right to weigh and measure the Shipment at our own weighing centers and in the event of any discrepancy, additional charges may be levied on the Shipment. Any decision by us with respect to any inaccuracy in the information or discrepancy in weight shall be final and you hereby authorize us to determine the accurate weight on your behalf.
We shall not be liable for any loss arising due to confiscation of Shipments by any government agencies due to lack of proper documents or inaccurate information provided to us.
Consignee(s) are required to behave properly with the pickup and delivery associates of Sathi kart. Any misbehavior, unprofessional conduct, verbal and physical abuse is prohibited and will be considered as a violation of these Terms. Sathi kart reserves the right to suspend your use or access to the Platform in its sole discretion if deemed that a Buyer is in violation of this clause.
FEES AND CHARGES
We will charge the Buyer for providing Logistics Services and unless otherwise stated, all such charges shall be exclusive of Goods and Service Tax. The charges payable for availing the Logistics Services will be displayed in the Rate Card section of the Platform and the same may be modified or amended, from time to time, solely in our discretion without any notice thereof.
It shall be Buyer’s duty to routinely check on such charges. In the event the Buyer continues to avail the Logistics Services from us, it shall be deemed that the Buyer agrees to such change in charges. Any taxes, duties, or levies applicable on entry or any other charges levied by any central/state/local authorities wherever applicable shall be extra and Buyer will be liable to pay the same.
The charges shall be subject to applicable taxes, as per prevailing applicable laws. Buyer shall deduct income tax as applicable against the amounts payable to Sathi kart if required by applicable law, except to the extent where Sathi kart submits a nil/reduced withholding certificate. Buyer shall remit the withholding taxes to the relevant tax authorities and enable Sathi kart to claim a tax credit by providing an appropriate and timely certificate of withholding as stipulated under the applicable law.
Additional Services
For any additional services availed by the Buyer from Sathi kart, Sathi kart will charge additional charges for any such additional services. Sathi kart may enter into a separate bi-partite contractual arrangement with the Buyer for provisioning of such additional services to the Buyer. Sathi kart reserves its right to levy penalty or late payment charges in case of delay by the Buyer in clearing any dues payable to Sathi kart.

If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. The courts in some countries will not apply [STATE] law to some types of disputes. If you reside in one of those countries, then where [STATE] law is excluded from applying, your country’s laws will apply to such disputes related to these terms.

The contents of this document must be used / modified as per need / requirement of the business. All the documents, templates, checklists, tool lists, strategy sheets shared as part of the SATHI KART are curated by DOZIT SATHI KART INDIA PVT.LTD. as per the needs of Indian MARKETS / business owners. The documents are standard templates acknowledged by the industry. The usage of the ONLINE that are part of SATHI KART is the sole responsibility of the business owner. DOZIT SATHI KART INDIA PVT. LTD. takes no responsibility whatsoever of the results generated by the user /customer upon the usage of SATHI KART.
Returns and Replacements
We require a document from the brand/OEM’s service centre confirming that the delivered item was defective. We will carry out a quality check to validate the complaint before processing any request for refund/replacement. Returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/ defective. Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled.
Return and Replacement Policy
All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these. Some items are bound by the brand’s specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customers. Replacements will depend on the availability of the item. Refund or replacement will be initiated after the pick-up of product & Delivered to seller center. Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually. Please return these items in tamper-proof packaging.
Reverse Pick Up Orders
User shall agree that in case of a reverse pick up of orders (only national orders), it shall be your responsibility, in case a reverse pick-up is requested by the User the same shall be charged the applicable fixed fee, additional to the reverse freight charges which are equal to the delivery freight charges as mentioned in the proposal.
Shipping Information
The User shall ensure that the correct and complete description of the destination/address, as well as all the relevant information/details and documents (including but not limited to the e-way bill number), are mentioned/provided by the User while booking/handing over a shipment. In case any incomplete/incorrect information or documents are provided by the User, the shipment may be returned from origin and the shipping charges (both forward and RTO charges) shall be levied, in addition to any damages/taxes imposed by the statutory authorities, if any, in the transit of such shipment. Such charges shall be irreversible and no claim for the return of such charges shall be entertained by Sathikart.
Shipping Rate and Refunds
The User hereby agrees that the applicable shipping rate will be charged as per the current prevailing rate mentioned on the rate calculator or plan tab or mentioned in the plan shared by authorized person of Sathikart. Note: In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount. Normal Refund Your customer will get refunds in 5-15 days. Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.

Return Shipments Policy
This Return Shipments Policy (“Policy”) governs the return request raised by the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Policy (“Return Request”) and the mechanism for resolution of disputes raised by the Seller in relation to the Return Requests. Any capitalised terms used herein this Policy and not defined explicitly shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Use, as amended from time to time. The Users understand that Dozit Sathi kart India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’) is an intermediary platform and shall only mediate the Return Request. Except for any Logistics RVP, it shall be sole responsibility of the Seller to resolve the issues/ concerns raised by the Buyer pertaining to the Return Request. We shall not assume any liability for any failure on the part of the Seller to resolve the Return Request raised by the Buyer.
Policy Modification
We may modify this Policy from time to time, and any such changes will be reflected on the Platform and be effective immediately upon the changes being reflected on the Platform. Users agree to be bound to any such changes or modifications and understand and accept the importance of regularly reviewing the Policy as updated on the Platform from time to time.
Return Request
The Buyer may raise a Return Request on the Platform for any one of the following reasons: Product(s) is physically damaged or is defective, including damage to the outer box delivered; warranty issues or quality related issues with respect to the Product delivered; wrong Product or the Product is not matching the description or specifications mentioned on the listing page on the Platform; part of the Order/ Products is found to be missing due to reasons attributable to the Seller. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Buyer may raise a Return Request for the following reasons (“Logistics RVP”): part of the Order/ Products are found to be missing due to any reasons attributable to the logistics; or Product was damaged in-transit; or Any other logistics related issues.
Supporting Documentation for Return Request
At the time of making a Return Request on the Platform, Buyer will be required to provide appropriate supporting documentation/ proof including without limitation: images of the Product(s) indicating the issue in the Product/ shipment delivered. The images need to capture the following: (a) the shipping label with Order ID; (b) Order details; © packed shipment.
d) Issue observed by the Buyer in the Product
Unboxing/ normal video clip indicating the issues in the Product/ shipment delivered. The video clip needs to capture all sides of the package, order details, shipping label, quantity of the Product, damages in the Product, IMEI number (in case of mobile phones), any tampering with the outer box etc.; copy of bill/ tax invoice for the Product received. If any further information or clarification is required from the Buyer, we will contact the Buyer.
e) Damages to the Product
Sathi kart tape is compulsory on the box pack otherwise we will not responsible any kind of missing products or damaged goods. In case of damaged/pilferaged/tempered/pressed/leaked shipment, the receiver shall mention negative remarks on POD copy to get claim for the shipment.
f) The IMEI number (in case the Product is a mobile phone)
In the absence of any negative remarks on POD copy clearly stating such damage/pilferage/tampering/pressing/leakage, no claim shall be entertained by Sathikart at any point of time.

DISPUTES RAISED BY THE SELLER*
Upon receipt of Reverse Shipment from the Buyer, Seller can raise a dispute with respect to the Reverse Shipment within seventy-two (72) hours from receipt of the same, failing which it shall be deemed as accepted by the Seller without any damage or fault. The Seller may raise a dispute for any one of the following reasons using the Platform: Reverse Shipment/outer box is in a visibly damaged condition or tampered; Products received are wrong.
Difference in the quantity
If the Reverse Shipment is not delivered to Seller but marked "delivered" on the Platform; and/or Mismatch/non-alignment with the approved refund amount.
The Seller's right to raise a dispute
The Seller will also have a right to raise a dispute in cases where we choose to settle the amount with Buyer for the returned product without sending the returned product to the Seller.
Upon receipt of the Seller(s) complaint or dispute on the Platform
Our returns dispute team will get in touch with the Seller to resolve concerns or disputes in accordance with our Policy, as maybe communicated from time to time. The Seller agrees to co-operate with us while we investigate the claim or dispute raised.
Requirement for the Seller
The Seller will be required to provide us photographs and/or videos of Reverse Shipment (internal and outer box), and such other documents/ proof or information which we may require to investigate into the issue or concern raised. We may require certain documents/ proof/ information in support of the claim at the time of raising a dispute or post submission of the dispute.
Documents/ proof in support of the claim
Seller will be required to provide documents/ proof in support of the claim, which include without limitation, images of the returned product(s) indicating the issue in the shipment received. The images need to clearly capture the following: the Return ID; AWB number of the shipment; issue observed by Seller in the returned product; damages to the returned product; brand name/ manufacturer's name of the returned product; and/or the IMEI number (in case the product is a mobile phone).
Upon receipt of the seller(s) dispute and necessary documentation in support of the claim
We will investigate internally and endeavour to resolve the dispute within five (5) days of receipt of dispute. Based on the documentation provided by the Seller, the dispute may be resolved either:
Against the Seller
If it is concluded by us that: evidences collected by us and documentation, proof, and information provided by Seller in support of Seller's claim do not match, including during QC check; document/ proof provided by Seller in support of Seller's claim are insufficient; or Seller does not respond to the inquiry calls and/or communication through other modes sent by us to procure missing documentation, proof, and information in support of Seller's claim from the Seller; in such cases Seller's dispute will be settled against the Seller. In such cases, within forty-eight (48) hours of resolution of Seller's dispute, we shall deduct and adjust the value of the returned product (in case the amount for such Shipment has already been transferred to the Seller) from Seller's sale proceeds that are collected by us from the Buyer(s) or any other amounts that we are required to pay to the Seller.
In Seller's favour
If it is concluded by us that document/ proof/ information submitted by Seller along with Seller's dispute are sufficient to justify Seller's claim and match with Evidences collected by us, then we will approve Seller's dispute.
While remitting the monies to the Seller in relation to the claims approved herein
We reserve a right to charge a fee ("Claim Processing Fee") for remitting the amount of refund to the Seller. The Claim Processing Fee shall be deducted from the total amount of the refund to be remitted to the Seller. The amount of the Claim Processing Fee shall be communicated to you from time to time, either by displaying it on the Platform or through any other mechanism that we may deem fit.

We will initiate refund to the following modes once your item is received by us or the seller.

Refunds for such payments will be via NEFT transfer to your bank account or can be refunded to your Free Charge Balance.
Important
We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund. If the payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you one of the modes mentioned above. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, sathi kart will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account. Some customers may qualify for rapid refunds through Sathi kart.
Seller Terms Policy
"Dangerous Goods" includes products that are or may become of a dangerous, hazardous, inflammable, radioactive, or damaging nature, products liable to taint or affect other products and products likely to harbor or encourage vermin or other pests. "Order" shall mean order placed by Buyer for purchasing Products from the Seller on the Platform.
Payment and Settlement Services
Shall mean remittance and settlement of any and all payments collected by Courier partner from the Buyer or third party paying on behalf of the Buyer, pursuant to an order placed by a Buyer on the Platform, to the designated bank accounts of the Seller or any third party upon receipt of instructions from the Seller.
PRODUCT LISTING POLICY
You may not post any content or sell any item on Sathi kart Platform that is restricted or prohibited by a federal, state or local law in India. Posting any content or listing any item below are specifically prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by Sathi kart. HOWEVER, THIS LIST IS NOT INTENDED TO BE EXHAUSTIVE AND MERELY INDICATIVE.
Sathi kart's Prohibitions
Sathi kart has chosen to also prohibit the posting of items which may not be restricted or prohibited by law but are nonetheless controversial including: Items that encourage illegal activities (e.g. lock pick tools, synthetic urine for cheating drug tests); Items that are racially, religiously or ethnically derogatory, or that promote hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance; Giveaways, lotteries, raffles, or contests; Stocks, bonds, investment interests, and other securities; Pornographic materials or items that are sexual in nature; Items that do not offer physical product or service, such as digital currencies and advertisements solely for the purpose of collecting user information. Sathi kart reserves the right to impose additional restrictions and prohibitions.
SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED AND CONTROLLED ITEMS
DRUGS AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Sathi kart forbids any and all listing or sale of narcotics, psychotropic drugs, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids and other controlled substances (including all drugs listed in Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Narcotics or Psychopathic Substances Act or any other law applicable).
Drug paraphernalia
Includes all items that are primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing, concealing, or using a controlled substance. The listing or sale of packaging materials which may be utilized to contain controlled substances, materials conducive to smuggling, storing, trafficking, transporting and manufacturing illicit drugs (e.g. marijuana grow lights), publications and other media providing information related to the production of illicit drugs. The listing or sale of orally administered or ingested sexual enhancement foods and supplements.
GOVERNMENT, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MILITARY ISSUED ITEMS
Following items are not permitted to be listed: Articles of clothing or identification that claim to be, or appear similar to, official government uniforms. Law enforcement badges or law enforcement equipment from any public authority, including badges issued by the government of any country. Military decorations, medals and awards, in addition to items with substantially similar designs. Police uniforms, police insignia and police vehicles.
Police items that may be listed on the Udaan
There are some police items that may be listed on the Udaan, provided they observe the following guidelines: Authorized general souvenir items that do not resemble badges, and paperweights that do not contain badges.
Badges
That are clearly not genuine or official. Historical badges that do not resemble modern law enforcement badges, provided that the item description clearly states that the badge is a historical piece. Any official, internal, classified or non-public documents. Listing of police equipment and associated products.
ADULT AND OBSCENE MATERIALS
The posting or sale of pornographic materials. Items depicting or suggestive of bestiality, rape sex, incest or sex with graphic violence or degradation, and any items depicting or suggestive of sex involving minors, are strictly prohibited.
ILLEGAL SERVICES
Listings claiming to provide government services and related products. The listing or sale of any form of invoices or receipts (including blank, pre-filled, or value added invoices or receipts). Sathi kart prohibits listings for the sole purpose of collecting user information or raising money.
Reseller Agreement
Dozit Sathi Kart India Private Limited A reseller agreement is an arrangement between the supplier and the reseller of goods or services that is ultimately sold to the end customer. The supplier in discussion can be a manufacturer or a wholesaler; the reseller on the other hand sells the solution to the end customer on behalf of the supplier.
The objective of a reseller
Is to make commission by selling the product to the end consumer at a suggested price. Even though the supplier of a product provides a suggested resale price, the reseller would try to incentivize his or her effort by selling at a higher rate. Therefore, to cut down the fierce price competition the supplier must draft the reseller agreement clauses minutely after negotiating with the reseller so that ultimately a fair deal is offered to the end consumer.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS
The posting of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigars, cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco and tobacco leaf is prohibited.
